My Utah Jazz Power Ranking + Trending Upwards/Downwards/Neutral for Upcoming Season

They finished 11th in the Western Conference with a record of 38-44, a win percentage of .463%. After trading Enes Kanter and starting Rudy Gobert, their defense was among the elite. Rudy Gobert exploded last season and figures to have a breakout season this season as well as this is his first time starting a whole season. Dante Exum will likely miss the whole season due to an ACL injury, which is an unfortunate blow to this team. Trey Burke will have a make or break year now starting full time at point guard. Alec Burks is returning from injury and is an underrated player for the Jazz, in my opinion. Gordon Hayward is a potential All-Star as well as Derrick Favors. The Jazz have a very good, very young team all around. They can quite possibly make their way up a couple spots and be right outside the playoff picture when the season ends. I don’t think they will make the playoffs but they will be one step closer to doing so. The Jazz are trending upwards for next season and I have them ranked #20 coming into the season.
